Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scientific Columbus 04-1-00-04 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seiberco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semipower product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the 380UTE2B4T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS100AIM4000 manufactured by Seiberco and we are pleased to be able to service most Seiberco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDM2020ECSWGOOS by Manufacturer Semipower as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensopart Brand FT20RLHDPSM4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Senett such as W62CR2650 equipment made by Senett have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Senett products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Senett" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6FC52470AA000AA1 made by Siemens as well as the popular TB32RTC original spares produced by Sealmaster

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A16B2300001102A by Seiki and W62CR2650 spares by Senett are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
